American dream by Casting Crowns is one of my favourite songs from them. The song is a story that illustrates the dangers of chasing success without God and how it can leave us feeling high and dry. I hope it speaks to you as it did to me.

In the song they talk about their different experiences in life as they came to discover that there is no profit in chasing the world if you lose your soul in process, so its better to give our all for God.

Charles Charamba is one of the greatest gospel artists to ever come out Zimbabwe. His song Nyika, which means World, is a very good song that talks about how God saved him from chasing the pleasures of the world.
