Measure everything against the Word
Despite age and time, we have seen that the enemy will always try and corrupt God’s people by giving us false information. He did this with Adam And Eve. He tried to pull the same trick on Jesus but he failed. The reason Satan failed to corrupt Jesus is that Jesus knew the true word of God and He used it to debunk the devil’s lies. As Christians, we are sure to find ourselves in a similar situation. We will be tempted to believe things that are not true. The media will push narratives that are not true. Even people with good intentions will say things that are not true because they themselves are deceived. People can make mistakes and err but the word of God is always true. It cannot be corrupted. So no matter what or who says anything, MEASURE IT AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD.
