In life, we are often faced with challenges and situations that seem unchangeable and permanent. For some, the only way out of these situations means ending their lives.
But Pastor Jeremy Mattek from Time of Grace Ministries shows that there is another way out. Turning to the Bible and the stories of Joseph, Moses and our Lord Jesus Christ, he points the way to finding hope even in hopeless situations.
If you are in need of that, watch this and be encouraged.

To Do: Turn to Scripture
Whilst challenges can lead you away from God, they are also a great way to draw closer to God. One of the ways you can do this is simply by turning to Scripture.
Perhaps you’ve been reading the Bible because you enjoy history or find the Psalms poetic or enjoy the action in Acts. Or maybe you have never read it. Whatever the case, now is the time to press in to the Word and start taking seriously what is in the Bible.
Read it as the Word of God and meditate of those verses that will bring you strength, hope and renewal. Ask God to reveal Himself to you.
When you turn to Scripture to this way, you will receive a firm foundation and an everlasting hope.
Bible Verse: Romans 5:5 (NKJV)
Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
As Christians we have a bold and daring hope: a hope of new life, a hope of resurrection and a hope of New Heaven and Earth. What is so magnificent about this hope, is that it does not and will never disappoint.
We can be confident in it and walk boldly in it because of God’s love and the promise of the Holy Spirit who is given to us.
As you think over this verse, may your heart be filled with peace and assurance of the hope you have in God.
