To Do: Trust His Word
To trust God to redeem and renew you, you actually have to do some trusting. This means believing what God says in the Bible is true and taking Him at His Word.
If He says He will strengthen and settle you, believe it. If He says that you will never be disappointed if you hope in Him, believe it. If He promises that He is faithful. Believe it. Trust His Word.
But part of trusting is opening up about your inability to do so and asking God to increase your faith so that you can.
Bible Verse: 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
When we receive salvation in Jesus Christ we are promised complete renewal, in every sense and in every area of our lives.
Perhaps you have felt a great lack of renewal in your life. If you have, take time to meditate on this verse and ask God to show you the ways He has and is renewing you, in Jesus name.
