Zvese Zvawada Review
Last week Adiona Maboreke Chidzonga released a new single called zvese zvawada. For those who may not know her Adiona is a performing artist from Zimbabwe who has an amazing voice that many have come to love. Her songs usually have positive and meaningful messages that anyone listening can relate to and Zvese Zvawada is no exception.
The phrase Zvese Zvawada, which is the title of the song, means “everything you want”. Everyone has desires or things they want in life and Adiona in this song points us to the source where we can find our heart`s desires. She reminds us of the promise that Jesus made when he said “whoever comes to me and follows me can ask for anything they want in my name and I will gladly give it to them”, and that even when life gets tough and friends get few God will always be there to take care of us.
