To Read: How We Can Be In the World But Not Of The World

The Bible tells us that we are not of the world. (John 17: 14-16) But do you really know what that means? Do you know how this truth should affect your life?

This article, gives insight into all that. Using references from Scripture it gives a roadmap on how you can live for Christ in this age.

To Do: Fear God Alone

What often prevents us from putting faith in God is the fear of man. When we are afraid of what people will think, say or do to us, our faith shrinks. Our confidence and boldness in Jesus fades. This is why we must learn to fear God alone, if we want to serve Him well.

Be more concerned about what God will say, what He would think and ultimately, how your actions will affect your eternity. When you do this, you will be able to face whatever may come your way.

Bible Verse: Matthew 6:33 (NKJV)

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

In this 21st Century world everything is increasingly about ourselves, our fame, our success, our happiness. But the question is, will seeking those things lead to our salvation?

The answer is no.

Therefore, let us put God first  and desire to seek that which will lead to life, His kingdom and His righteousness.
